Before contacting me please check that your question is not answered somewhere on the website or in the forum. Where possible please use the forum as it will enable others to also provide answers to any problems.When contacting about bugs or problems getting the utility to compile please provide as much information as possible, including:
- the operating system being used
- the version of Playrec, PortAudio and any SDKs being used;
- the version of Matlab;
- the compiler being used;
- all options used when compiling the utility (which checkboxes are selected and what is in the text boxes);
- all compilation output in the Matlab Command Window, ideally compiling in verbose mode.
